Fixsar does not sell or trade your personal data. We disclose information to third parties only under strict service guidelines:
- Toll Operators: Linkt, E-Toll, and other highway toll networks to process your toll road passages.
- Financial Gateways: Secured PCI-compliant payment gateways to authorize bonds and charge invoices.
- Legal & Regulatory Authorities: Government bodies, transport departments, or police in response to traffic infringement notices or legal subpoenas.
- Insurance Entities: Loss damage waiver underwriters and third-party insurers in case of claims audits.
4. Data Security & Retention
We deploy strict security measures to protect your physical and electronic records:
- Encryption: Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and secure database hosting are used to transmit and store data.
- Access Limits: Only authorized administrative personnel who require customer details for rental management are granted access.
- Destruction: Financial details (like credit card numbers) are masked and destroyed once reservations are closed and bonds are returned.
